Company Description- Ecoverse, as part of Alta Equipment Company, delivers a full line of environmental processing equipment and is the premier distributor of organic/environmental recycling and processing machines in North America. We serve the compost, soil, wood recycling and waste sectors, among others.

Summary - Primarily responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns to expand Ecoverse’s customer pipeline, increase leads, promote trade shows, events, and general marketing of our machines. The position reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Define and optimize our marketing strategy, plan, and tactics.
• Develop and manage branded marketing communications including the company website, social media, print communication, and advertising to drive customers down the sales funnel.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of all marketing efforts including their contribution to the effectiveness of sales campaigns.
• Ensure Brand consistency across all scopes of business.
• Direct agency partners in developing SEO/SEM and PPC programs – set goals, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Support the sales team by providing resources they need to drive higher conversion rates, increase average order value, and more repeat business.
• Drive overall success of CRM usage, implementation, and continued growth.
• Manage trade shows and company Demo days
• Assist with planning company training and other events as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 5 years of relevant experience in marketing.
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, plus the ability to consolidate and present information both analytically and creatively, to all levels of the organization.
• Excellent analytical skillset that can pull actionable intelligence from data sources.
• Extremely detailed oriented individual with high quality standards.
• Ability to deliver compelling content pieces.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and managing agency partners.
• Ability to travel as required, although minimal
